Howdy, Practicum Partners!

As the CoLang 2026 practica starts to wrap up, here are some things we are hoping you can help us with.

First, please fill out the evaluation forms for the Practicum. This will be very helpful both for us and for CoLang 2028, so we really appreciate you taking the time to complete them! Here is the link: https://forms.gle/V1dzBLNPXVp9LtyRA.

Second, If you received WRNALRC scholarship support, please complete your reports in TODAY. The WRNALRC needs to finish that paperwork ASAP as they will be undergoing some staff changes this week. That link can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/bp4ra2xa

Finally, Check out procedures for those staying in the residence halls will be as follows:

On the final day (Saturday), all guests must be checked out by 12:00 p.m.
The GBH Front Desk will be staffed until 12:00 p.m. to assist with check-out.
(Note: If anyone would like to check out on Friday, please arrange to give your key and access card to Ignacio or Kate.)
(Note: if your flight is later in the day on Saturday, and don't have a place for your bag, we can maybe store it in Ignacio's office. Check with him about his availability. Find him around or email him at ignaciomontoya@unr.edu)
Guests must return their keys and access cards and sign the check-out log confirming they have been returned.
Linens may be left in the rooms.
If there is excessive trash, please have guests place it in the designated trash room before checking out.
Please ensure all furniture is returned to its original position before departure. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or if staff must move furniture back to its original arrangement.

We have been absolutely delighted to have you all here with us to learn about language revitalization, reclamation, and linguistics for the past three weeks. It has been an honor to watch you all grow as activists, language and culture stewards, researchers, friends, and people these past few weeks.
